the image above clear shows that 1990 was more peaceful and respectful time in the way people are dressed, obviously the women are dressed up like ladies covering most of there body everyone looks friendly and well mannered.

In this image it shows for girls on the street around the year 2000 3 of them are wearing pants and a short skirt which for a women in 1990 would be unacceptable.
They are also not as sun safe like the photo of 1990 where two women share an umbrella and the other wears a hat.
These girls look daggy and tired like they did not put much effort into there appearance unlike they women in the 1990 photo who look very well dressed and look nice for that period of time.
So from the difference in these two photos you can tell that over 100 years girls and women have become more laid back in the way they act and dress not as well mannered as well as slowly becoming more revealing in what they wear and buy in stores.
These sources a fairly reliable and yes manners and the dress code have changed in 1990 it was probably a more elegant and respectful time but the world is changing so we have to enjoy what our styles are today.
